Dear Iku, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced noise disturbances on the 38th floor, which affected your sleep. We understand the importance of a peaceful environment for our guests and apologize for this issue. We also regret that you found the TV system difficult to navigate and that our staff was not helpful in resolving this. We are reviewing our TV system\'s user-friendliness and will be providing additional training to our staff to ensure they can assist guests with technical issues effectively. However, we are very concerned to learn about the cleanliness issues you experienced, including the makeup on the curtains, bedside tables, and bathroom door, as well as the dirty bathroom floor and carpet.
